Cheesy Asparagus
Serves 2
Ingredients
170g/6oz asparagus, trimmed
1 tomato, finely chopped
55g/2oz Cheshire cheese, grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Half fill a large saucepan with water. Season with salt and bring to the boil.
2. Cook the asparagus for 4-5 minutes or until just tender.
3. Drain the asparagus.
4. Serve the asparagus with the diced tomato and grated cheese sprinkled over the top. Season.
